Owner/Transaction Manager

Debbie Philpot

Debbie Philpot is the owner of Closing Management Services and has been managing Real Estate Agents’ transactions for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has her real estate license. Debbie has extensive experience handling all types of transactions for agents including short sale and REO transactions. She has developed a team approach to better track the transaction details. Also, with her previous mortgage lending background, she understands the various loan programs and requirements. Debbie’s goal is to provide excellent customer service because she knows that when a client has a good closing experience, the Agent is more likely to receive a referral. When Debbie isn’t working on getting transactions closed fast and effectively, she enjoys spending time with her family and living the Florida life. The beach is her favorite place to go to unwind.

Darcie Corbett

Darcie Corbett graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. While finishing her Bachelors she obtained her Florida Real Estate license. She worked in Residential Real Estate and as a New Home Consultant. Looking to expand her knowledge, she went back to school to get a Paralegal Certificate from Rollins College. Darcie worked as a Real Estate Paralegal until starting a family. While raising her children, she volunteered in various positions at her children’s school. Darcie has lived in the Central Florida area for most of her life. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Transaction Coordinator

Connie Savolainen

Connie Savolainen has been working in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years. During this time, she has worked as a Real Estate Assistant, Real Estate Office Manager and Administrator, and as a Transaction Coordinator. She has experience with Residential listings and contracts, Short Sales, REO and Property Management. This has provided her with a wide wealth of knowledge and understanding of what it takes to go from listing to close. Excellent customer service and satisfaction are her main goals. Connie received her B.S. from West Virgina University and lived and worked in IL, NJ, PA and NY prior to moving to Central Florida 26 years ago. In her free time, you can find Connie on the tennis courts, working in the yard, or her favorite – visiting with her one-year-old Grandson.
